Learning cause and effect (this is likely "Part One" of many)

Maddie was quiet enough on the changing table last night to allow me to measure her length: she's now 21 inches :) Still too small to fit the gDiapers, though. I'm excited to try them out when the fit is right.
When she's dry, fed, awake and content, we do the brain-stimulating activity. I know it's a little early to expect her to understand cause and effect, but I liked to see her little eyebrows raise every time this toy made noise when she touched it.
