This video is from yesterday, August 9, 2009. Yay milestone! We saw our pal Zack (who was born about a week before Madelyn) roll over last week on his blog, so we hoped Madelyn wouldn't be too far behind him in that arena. Voila! She did it!
The first time she did it was just seconds after I placed her under her playgym for tummy time. I thought it was a fluke, that maybe I had set her down a little twisted. So I took the arches off the playgym to give us more room and set her down straight on her tummy. She did it again! "Quick, Daddy, grab the camera!" I said, and this is what we got.
We were watching Mythbusters at the time. Zack was watching Shark Week when he rolled over. There must be something about the Discovery Channel...?!
Good to know we "Discover" this fun stuff with safety precautions and parental supervision! Keep on Rollin' M!
