According to BabyCenter, at 23 weeks:
Turn on the radio and sway to the music. With her sense of movement well developed by now, your baby can feel you
dance. And now that she's more than 11 inches long and weighs just over a pound (about as much as a large mango), you may be able to see her squirm underneath your clothes. Blood vessels in her lungs are developing to prepare for breathing, and the sounds that your baby's increasingly keen ears pick up are preparing her for entry into the outside world. Loud noises that become familiar now — such as your dog barking or the roar of the vacuum cleaner — probably won't faze her when she hears them outside the womb.
Hope that also means she'll be able to sleep through Daddy's snoring. So far, I've still been able to sleep through her squirming. She hasn't woken me up yet. In due time, I'm sure. Feels as
though she's grown up higher in my belly instead of out. What do you think?

I forgot to say that yesterday we went to Home Depot to look at paint colors for the nursery. Everybody seems to think pink right away, but we're both leaning towards the creams/ivories. I might wait until I see the crib bedding colors close-up. I really hope our household goods shipment arrives soon, I want to get my hands on my die-cutting machine so I can work on a homemade crib mobile and wall decals for her nursery! Oh, and of course, start on her baby book. At the pace that I scrap, I'll probably be finished with her baby book in time to give it as her graduation present.
Thanks again for checking in!
Aymes, your belly is just so cute!!
